Why is my email address not recognised?
There are a number of reasons why your email address is not being recognised.
Firstly, please make sure that you have caps lock turned off, and also that you are inputting the address EXACTLY as it was when you signed up.
Secondly, your email address may be correct, but you may be typing your password wrong.
Lastly, if you have changed your email address, you should login with your old one and then change it to your new one under 'Profile' > 'Edit your Details'.
