Served onboard the Aisne from 1964 to 66. We did two trips to the FES in that time, plus a good spell in the Med. My time on the Aisne was the best I had in the Navy. We had a blast. I remember some great characters also -mainly down the comms mess, and would be pleased to hear from any of them.
