Current
I now live in East Kent in a fishing town called Whitstable. Having left the RAF in 1985 after 14.5 years regular service I worked in the NHS for 7 years (which included converting from SEN to RGN) and then went in to Nurse education initially at the Buckinghamshire College of Nursing and Midwifery. From there after 18 months working as a senior manager in the NHS again I was appointed to the University of Surrey as a Nurse Tutor. From there in 2003 I moved to Canterbury Christ Church University as a Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing which is where I remain.
