Trying to find any old mates. I served in Nottingham and Kent with 122 (Warwicks) Light Anti-aircraft Regt and sailed on troopship Strathnaver via S Africa to India in 1943. Took part in the Battles of Kohima and Imphal, and Tiddim, when serving with 99th (Royal Bucks Yeomanry) Field Regt of 2nd Division 14th Army, also at capture of Mandalay. Returned to Blighty on RMS Andes. Called up TA with 566 heavy anti-aircraft battery in Bude, Cornwall in 1952. Now living happily in retirement with loving family on the South Coast. Am a member of the Burma Star association.
