At the beginning of January we had issues with an update we carried out, since then Some members have had issues with certain pages not opening for them.
You should unplug your web browser for approx 10 seconds, this removes any bad commands in the temporary folders and memory of your router.
Once you have done this, retry accessing your Messages.
If this has not rectified the matter, then If your router was provided by your ISP, please contact them and inform them that you need to safely reset the router as some pages are not being displayed on your pc from this website and this is one of the steps advised.
We know this works as we had 3 other customers with the same issue.
We cannot do anything when your equipment is causing an issue, we can only advise you on what to do.
