The New UKIP leader
He seems to be too self-controlled to let fly without thinking so I am with you there. There is a school of thought that says that the need for UKIP is past and that it ought to simply fold up and leave the scene but I feel that until Brexit is done and dusted and we are free from the EU we still need a watchdog. Whether what remains of the Party is sufficient is very debatable. Opinions have polarised even more and I feel the main problem is now the resurgence of the Labour Party which I hope is as far as it gets. It would need a minor miracle for UKIP to ever have the effect needed to make much of a difference because with the way in which everything is being dragged out many are simply sick of the whole thing even though they long for a successful completion.
Bolton's first target I think should be the EU for their intransigence in openly declaring that they are deliberately slowing down the proceedings presumably into stampeding the UK into giving in and providing the spongers with a greater share of our money. To me that is a move which would make me dig in my heels even more but I am not doing the negotiations.
Like all things we shall have to wait and see how he does.
