Ray aka Happy Bowler and Kim Dimonds Are Forever. When you delete your nickname remember to scroll to the foot of the page and click on 'Update Profile'.
I hope everyone is well. All from now take care.
Nice and sunny and a public holiday.
Good night Colum.
Hope you and PHIL are in a better shape Margaret. Hugs from me.
Driveway cluttered for the wi ter Vicky. Boat in driveway!
Still not happy with the new format, but some of the problems are getting sorted.
Missing quite a few members who were regular posters.
I hope they have not given up!
Stay safe and well.
None the wiser! Still much of a mystery to my simple brain.
Hope your all well.
It is Monday and hopefully the techies will continue to iron out the problems that have been pointed out to them.
I have asked on another thread if the Page Navigation could be replicated at the top of the page. This would save scrolling down.
Surely it can only get better.
Colum now that I can operate CF on my kindle pretty easily I am happy, it doesn't take any longer than it does on the main _PC, if the page navigation could be at the top of the page as well I would be happy.
Ian has just gone to get the boat Roly, at least it will keep him occupied.
Harry good to see you again, hope things are a bit better for you.
Margaret how are things with you and Phi,any news on him coming home? Good luck to Neil for tomorrow.
Have a good day everyone and take care.
Simply enter your unit in the search bar and you'll get a list of everyone matching it.
I think there's been a bit of confusion. james is looking for people listed from his unit which are all found on the Search Page (https://www.forcesreunited.co.uk/search/).
I can see some of the Cyber Family threads, I'll have a word with the Devs and see if there are any missing. It could be that when we imported all the threads from the old forum some haven't displayed properly.
Vicky you no doubt watched the demise of English rugby on Saturday I did and the OZ lads murdered us, it was not a good day. my footy team were annihilated by Man C. Perhaps I'll watch the darts next time. Colum how are you and Smurf getting on. I will contribute more when I get the hang of.
Everyone have the best of the day. Oh for some smilies .
All for now. Post it or lose it lol. Take care all.
Morning Harry, nice to see a postfrom you. Hope you continue to get better and still taking the rum....meant medicine!
All take care and we will get this site working proper.
Good night all sleep well
God bless you all.
Sleep well and ensure Smurf is locked out.
I hope that everyone is keeping well and those who aren't will soon be feeling better.
Margaret, are the hospital/doctors pulling their fingers out and getting poor Phil sorted out yet? I hope that all went well for Neil today and the situation with your little princess is finally resolved.
Vicky, are you looking forward to the Shanghai Open starting on Saturday? I don't expect it will be shown live on any freeview channels so I guess I will have follow it on Andy's fansite.
It's nice to see you around again, Harry, so I've made you a nice cheese and ham toastie (with an egg on top). I hope you don't have to swap it for a bowl of muesli!!
Don't get jealous, Roly and Colum. I've made you one too. Kissy smilies all round.
Good Morning all. (Its the middle of the night). Hope every one had a decent sort of day.
Ray you have been busy in the garden, I don't grow veggies but I do like them.
Ian bought the boat home yesterday and now there is not a lot of room on the drive.
Jacks daughter bought us some birthday cake yesterday, it was decorated in Man City colours as Jack always supported them.
Pamela I expect I will have to keep up with the tennis via the internet or papers. I see Joanna Konta is up to no 49 in the world rankings.
Margaret good luck to Neil for today.
Have a good day everyone and take care.xxx (instead of smilies)
Vicky are you back into winter routine yet, will Ian be doing much of an overhaul on the boat I can't remember whether or not he puts it back in the water.
Colum I was surprised Brendan got the push but of course average doesn't cut it any more. The lads in green are doing well tho as you say it's tough for them. How is Ben doing with his footy.
Jack how are you and June diddling I saw one or two photos you posted and the new wee one looked great.
Pamela bless your cotton socks I have to ask the question who in his right mind would forgo your cheese dreams for muesli, good to see you.
Roly good to see you at the charge, I'm not sure where you are but I'm sure the locals are benefitting.
Margaret I hope you and Phil along with the rest of the family are ok.
Everyone have the best of the day.
Well Neil has just come in from Manchester and finally after two plus years of a nightmare situation,he has full custody of his princess Amelia, phew!!!! It's a sad situation really for mother and daughter, but the relief is immense, cos in the end it's the little girls welfare that's most important, now I feel we can all move on and be positive about the future...xxxx
As for Phil he is being worked on by the physios to try and get him up and able to transfer himself to his wheelchair,he is much better in himself and his chest infection seems to be going now,so fingers crossed things will improve daily from now on, I'm going to make myself a strong coffee and gather my wits before I go to see Phil xx
Catch you all later xxxx love you all xxxx oh the sun is out here xxx
Thanks Pamela for the feed. Been awaiting my share of the cheese dreams !
Lovely news from Margaret, re Amelia and family. Hope all your problems can now get sorted Margaret. Hugs from me!
Margaret good to talk to you yesterday and so pleased to hear the outcome from the courts, you must be delighted. Hope Phil was ok when you saw him.
Roly sounds like your bank is a nightmare, what caused them to close the account in the first place?
Ray I think either Wales or Australia will win the Rugby cup. I shall be watching on Saturday and rooting for Wales as my Mum was welsh and our eldest Grandson was born in Wales.
Hope everyone is ok, take care and have a good day.
Haven't too much to say. All is well.
I went in and saw Jack yesterday, he is fading fast but his mind is still strong, the vicar was coming to talk to him and record some of his war memories for a project on the war in Fawley. Jack didn't live here then but he was in the Royal Navy and served on the artic convoys. He has lots of stories to tell. I shall really miss him.
Ian spent the day washing off the barnacles from the bottom of his boat. Today I hope he is going to help me in the garden.
Have a good day everyone and take care.
