I've been wondering!!!!
Sorry to hear 'bout your fall, hope you are not too bruised, you should take more water with it.
bad news about T.C. leaving our little band of brothers and sisters but he now's his own mind best. at least it will leave the girls on site for us.
Regards Syd to you and Mrs. Syd. (you should let me know her name some time) Call in for a Kipper Tie if you are ever bombing up to Brummigum
I hope you and your Gwyneth are both well as I make ready to pack my kitbag to leave FR. Unfortunately Patricia is not at all well just now. She has had a bit of trouble with her bowels and goes next Monday for an endoscopy. She had an examination last Thursday when the consultant said he didn't want to do one because she is now very frail but changed his mind after the check up. I think from what she said is that he did a biopsy so to have her back so soon is worrying. I have your email address so I can let you know how it turns out.
For now, all the best to you both.
Please pass on my best to all my old friends.
I hope that all goes well for Patricia, and of course you, old friend. It must be very worrying for you.
All the best in the New Year to all my old mates on FR.
We will have to wait until next year to find out what's going on this year.
A Happy New Year to you and yours. X X X X
Good to see you good old lads, Bill and Bob, and of course, the lovely Kim, still kicking high.
Hello there Kim, I have woken up and had a shave and put on a clean shirt just for you.
I knew I wouldn't get a cuddle with a hairy chin and a dirty shirt.
Come to think of it, I still won't get a cuddle. ( sniff )
Snow has been heavy here for two days now, but my paper boy has still delivered my
paper, but still can't go to school ! That's not really so odd.............he is 47 years old.
We had about 4 inches of snow yesterday but it has almost disappeared today thank goodness.
My paper boy is still delivering too (bless him) and he must be 60 !! They don't want him back at school either !!!!!
The odd thing is that I still have the uniform I was wearing when I left the RN, but that is too BIG !!!!..................I've SHRUNK !!!!!!!!!!
Perhaps I should break out into something new, such as knitting and sewing.
I tried needlework once, but it made my knees sore !
Any suggestions ?
