I am searching for records of my father, G W Dawson, who served in the RAF during WW2. It appears he was posted to Canada at some point, as a teacher, trainer. I have done an initial search, just putting in his name, and WW2 RAF - but dont seem to have got anywhere. I dont even know what regiment he was in. Where do I go from here? Hope someone can help. Thank You.
