My brother Ron or Del as they called him,was Stationer at Radfah with the Cameroonians,Hated the Bloody Place,but got home safe and well he did two years out there.

I was for my first posting sent to 264 Signal Sqn (Singapore Lines) later to become 15th Signals Regt in the spring of 1964 and for my sins remained until mid 1966.

Such a shame he was so badly treated and pilloried by the Govt. for his conduct in Aden! A great pity we do not have more leaders of his calibre today; especially in our present government; we might not be in the state we are in!

dear George I also served in aden dhalla monks field habalain ataque to name a few also falaise up from little aden we also left good mates buried in silent valley it angers me their bodies could have been brought back to uk but when I speak to people most have never heard of our struggle out...
